Villa Zara is not just a standard accommodation; it is a place where you can put your well-being and that of your four-legged friends first. Villa Zara offers elegant and well-equipped spaces in a green and quiet environment. The property is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a terrace with a view, and an enchanting flowered garden. A vacation here is truly designed for the entire family. Completely fenced, equipped with a dedicated dog pool, dog beds, bowls, toys, and cooling mats, the property is designed to ensure that the whole family can enjoy a relaxing getaway. Here, dogs are not simply tolerated; they are our main guests, and they receive our warmest welcome!

The Space:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa with a swimming pool, parking, and a private park. The villa measures $270\text{ m}^2$ and features a large covered outdoor terrace. The terrace offers a splendid view of the sea of Imperia and the surrounding green hills. This space is perfect for outdoor breakfast, quiet reading, and enjoying the sea breeze during summer evenings.

The Interiors:

The property is spread over two floors, both with garden access. The lower floor consists of a spacious living room and an equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with a washing machine, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which consists of two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofas and a TV, a bar area, and a smart-working study. From the living room, a French door leads to the panoramic terrace and the outdoor park.

Pet-Friendly Equipment

Villa Zara is named after Zara, the German Shepherd who lived in the villa for years, and in her honor, we decided to make the property 100% pet-friendly. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 3 dogs of all sizes, is fully fenced, and offers a large outdoor space where your four-legged friends can finally run without the danger of wandering off. In the garden, alongside the human-only swimming pool, you will find a swimming pool entirely dedicated to your pets. Inside the spaces, you will find at your complete disposal:

• Large, washable summer dog beds
• Bowls of various sizes
• Sanitized rubber toys
• Cooling mats
• A box full of sticks to play with
• A leash hanger
• A cleaning kit consisting of shampoo, wipes, waste bags, a brush, and nail clippers
• An outdoor shower with a shampoo brush to wash your furry friends in the open air

Outdoors and Swimming Pools

$1000\text{ m}^2$ of garden surround the villa and are at the complete disposal of guests; a hammock and a hanging armchair will allow you to relax while your four-legged friends run and play freely thanks to the complete fencing surrounding the property. The human swimming pool ($12 \times 4.5\text{ m}$) has a minimum depth of $1.40\text{ m}$ and a maximum depth of $2.10\text{ m}$. The property provides sunbeds, deckchairs, and an umbrella. The use of the dog pool ($229 \times 152 \times 46\text{ cm}$) is permitted for dogs of any size subject to a nail check; to prevent damage, we kindly ask that the dog's nails are not too long. A pair of nail clippers will be provided to facilitate the use of the pool. The villa offers a splendid direct view of the Parasio in Porto Maurizio, a maze of medieval alleys, small squares, and arches climbing up a promontory overlooking the sea and the Alps. On the other side, you will find Oneglia, the commercial and lively heart of Imperia with its port and Calata Cuneo, where you can admire the boats and enjoy fresh fish dishes.

Location:

The strong point of the property is its proximity to nature and its distance from city chaos. The center of Imperia is $5\text{ km}$ from the villa and can only be reached by car in 11 minutes.

Imperia is famous for its cultural heritage, with historical attractions including the Parasio and Villa Grock, and for its traditional cuisine. You will savor the true aroma of this city only after trying extra virgin olive oil and Taggiasca olives.

How to Get There:

An uphill road leads to Villa Zara. The villa is easily accessible with any type of vehicle; if you are not an experienced driver, we recommend medium-sized vehicles to avoid difficulties. The villa is located in a quiet area away from traffic; it can only be reached by car or taxi and does not have public transport services in the immediate vicinity.

Check-in:

Greeting is done in person. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and accompanied on a brief tour of the property. We will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the villa and the experiences Imperia offers; furthermore, we will be happy to recommend restaurants, shops, and places to visit. We will take a few minutes to sign the contract, collect the tourist tax and the security deposit, after which you will be free to start your vacation!

House Rules:

We kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and leaving cigarette butts in the garden is forbidden;
• Organizing parties is prohibited;
• We ask guests to check their pets' nails before using the dedicated pool to avoid damage;
• Check-out, unless otherwise agreed at check-in, must take place by 10:00 AM;
• The main pool is for human use only;
• Do not remove the sofa and armchair covers.
